    The Prestigious upcoming project is a multi-storied group housing project namely called “The ORIGINS”.

  • 2. Where is the project located and what is the extent of the property ?
    The ORIGINS is strategic located with in the SUNCITY TOWNSHIP JAIPUR at NH-11, Jaipur Sikker Road, Jaipur Rajasthan and the total land area is 2.14 Acres. It is three side open Group housing plot which is situated on 35 mtr. road (more than 100 ft. road) and surrounded with 60 ft. and 90 ft. wide roads. The plot is situated on the first round about in the township and hardly approx. 280 mtrs. away from the Main township entrance on National Highway No. 11.It is in FIRST PHASE of the township.

    a) Yes, there are clear title in favour of the company and the customer can also see all the necessary title and approved documents.

    4. What kind of approvals available for this project?
    a) Patta in favour of Company from JDA

    This Group housing project is located with in the well planned and developed Township which spread in approx. 400acres. 8. What are the additional charges we need to pay for the project?
i) Rs. 50/- per sq.ft. towards Interest free maintenance security (IFMS)
ii) Car parking charges for open/covered will be decided later on.
iii) Prime location charges,(PLC)-- if applicable
iv) Monthly maintenance charges or any other charges to be decided by company later on
v) VAT, Service tax, Stamp duty, registration charges, cess, taxes, levies or any other charges etc. will be as per the Government norms prevailing at the time of registration.

9. Will EDC/IDC, Lease rent be extra?
There is no extra hidden charges of EDC/IDC for the particular flat, as whatever levied till thesanctioning of plan, Company has already paid and deposited the said charges with the competent authority. In case if there is any increase in the EDC/IDC, Lease rent charges etc. including retrospective effect than customer/Client will have to bear the same in proportionate

10. Do you allow customization plans for the flat?
Yes, provided it is only internal changes (no structural changes) and technically approved. Any extra cost will be borne by the customer.

11. When will the project be ready for possession?
24 Months from the date of launch.

12. Who are the architects & contractor for the project?
M/s. Ricky Mathur and Associates ( Jaipur based) are the architects for the project and M/s.Fastech Constructions Pvt. Ltd. ( Delhi based). They both have good experience in their field.

13. Are any finance / Bank Loans facalities available for this offer?
Yes We are in process to get approval of our project for housing loan from financial
institutions and Banks.
